Was a wonderful restaurant

Restaurant Magazine which was considerated the best restaurants in the world. At the top of the list, in the number one spot sits El Bulli, a dinning experience located in Roses in the Costa Brava approximately two hours north of Barcelona. Ferran Adrià was the chef of this restaurant, and he is considered the genius in the kitchen and know for insurpasssable experimentation and originality.

Some of this creation currently being sampled in El Bulli inclued Pa amb tomàquet, that tests the limits of culinary imagination. A long narrow mug filled with tomato sorbet in olive oil. Each piece of actual dishware (plates, cups etc) used to present the tantalizing food is very specifically designed for that specific one of the 27 courses on the menu.

Unlucky for us nowadays this restaurant is closed, and we can't live this different kind of meal, so I hope that Ferran Adrià will open soon.

    Certainly Ferran Adrià has closed his restaurant in Roses, but in the near future he is going to open a new one just next to the old Bulli. It's going to be more modern and bigger. Maybe then more people could have lunch or dinner there. Did you know that to make a reservation you had to wait more than a year? That shows how prestigious it is, doesn't it?

    Well, the prize it is another fact to talk about! It is one of the most expensive restaurants in the world.

    Anyway, we can be proud to have the best restaurant of the world so near of us.
