Hello in the second term I am going to explain you my favorites cards games.

I began with the best game in the world, POKER. I've play this game since I was 12 years old, and my teacher is my grandfather (Brutus). At present I play this game in summer when I stay with my family, or when I go out with my friends.

The game has a lot of variations but I prefer the TEXAS HOLD'EM, in this variation the players have seven cards: two cards are own, and another are shared.

So the gamers try do the best move that they can with the seven cards. In the game there are four bets.

Graphene

Two scientists have shared this year's Nobel Prize for Physics for their "groundbreaking" work on a material with amazing properties.
Andre Geim and Konstantin Novoselov, both at Manchester University, UK, took the prize for research on graphene.
Graphene is a flat sheet of carbon just one atom thick; it is almost completely transparent, but also extremely strong and a good conductor of electricity.
Its unique properties mean it could have a wide array of practical uses.

Probably this discovery will revolutionize our world, the world that we know will change completely ! This will be caused by the graphene properties, It said that unique properties mean it could have a wide array of practical uses, like on mobiles, computers, cars, airplanes, and some future nanosiuts which nowadays we play in our video games. On of the most important properties are:

*hardness
*weight
*resistance
For all of this qualities I think that this material will change our world, I hope that for improve our lifes and help us to do the definitive jump to sapce, which is the next place where human will live.

Preparation for PAU

Dear head teacher

I write this letter because I see one act of injustice in these school. The problem is that the some of the students don't look after their books, but this isn't the problem the problem is that I must buy my books and I try look after these as I can, but some students don't pay their books and more and more they don't look after.

This is the reason because I write this letter because I think that this isn't correct. I think that if my college don't look after their books you can't give.

One the other hand I like that the administration help the people with economics problems but I don't like the these people broken, burn and sell the books that we pay with tax.

For me this is one of the problems of the education administration and I be confident that you understand this situation.

Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 Chicken in pieces

• 2 riper tomatoes

• 6 small potatoes

• 3 medium-size onions

• 100 grams of pine nuts

• 100 grams of almonds

• 1 small glass of with wine

• Juice of half a lemon

• Two cloves of garlic

• 1 sprig of parsley

• 1 sprig of thyme

• Pepper

• 1 chicken stock cube

• Salt

→ This recipe is for six people.

Steps:

1- Prepare an oven dish made of glass or clay. Rub the bottom with a clove of garlic and then put the chicken pieces inside it.

2- Peel the potatoes and onions. Cut them into large pieces and put them in the oven dish with the chicken. Do the same with tomatoes.

3- Chop the garlic and sprinkle on top with small pieces of parsley and thyme.

4- Disolve the stock cue in a small glass of warm water and pour onto the chicken. Then pour on the glass of with wine and the oil. Try to make sure that all these liquids are poured over the ingredients as evenly as possible.

5- Put the oven dish in the middle of the oven and leave it to cook for an hour and a half at 180 º

Libya revolt

This new explain the evolution of Libya revolt. The Libyan oil terminal town of Brega has been targeted with air strikes, sources in the town said:

The strikes come a day after clashes between rebels and government troops in the town in which 14 people died. Forces loyal to Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi took control there on Wednesday morning but were forced out by opposition fighters later in the day.

Although that Col Gaddafi has lost control of the eastern half of Libya during two weeks of unrest, he has vowed to fight on.

In this new the only thing that we can see is the corruption and wickedness of Muammar Gaddafi, who have the same personality than Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak. Their objective are be the most rich and “happy” people in the world independently of situation in their country, like human rights or their remorse. In my opinion the most surprising of this new, are the time which normal people can be in the situation of injustice, inhuman conditions.

But the worst is that countries like our, which are considerate just, and respectful, can see all of this situations and our reply is simply do the same routine than a normal time, like all of this don't exist for us...

Best Winter!

This winter, my grandmother Lidia gave to my family some days in La Molina, which is ski season situated in la Cerdanya. My grandmother invite us every year to pass some days in La Vall de Nuria, but this year she changed this small and warm ski season for la Molina.

So this winter for the first time I, my brother, my uncle and my aunt could ski in the same piste, because more or less we have the same level.

Moreover in this ski season there are some snow-parks so I and my crazy brother could try a lot of tricks, which always finished in the hard and, but this situations were accompanied of laugh and humor.

On the other hand la Molina is bigger than la Vall de Nuria, so for the first time in my life I was skiing more than waited in chair lift, and this was a wonderful felling! Often when human are satisfied, we don't see the fortune that we have some privilege or special persons like my grandmother who give me all things that I need; love and freedom.

But the time show me that very often humans only remember this important things when we lose them, so I hope that you arrived in the same conclusion: appreciate all persons whose help you, in the past, in the present and maybe in the future.

I hope that in the future I can play some of this tricks ;)
