Oral Evaluation

INTRO

Hello I am Pep Clotas and we want to show you this presentation. In our presentation we are going to explain the history, evolution and others specs of Microsoft.

Of course all teenagers of this class are doing the magnify and wonderful project, but which operating system are you using?

Obviously the answer is Windows.

Good, after this introduction, I begin.

I would like to start with some questions, for example What do you think about this multinational?Another for example Do you know why you work with windows?This question looks easy but if you think one moment you will see the answer is: I don't know. And Maybe the most important question is Can you choose? In this presentation we will to try answer these questions for our point of view and we will reflection in this issue. The finality of this presentation is philosophize about this topic and maybe after this you change your opinion of this company.

EVOLUTION

Well, since QDOS Microsoft are creating and improving their operating system. Moreover Bill Gates change the commercial politic, nowadays they don't search a efficient and useful system, they follow beautiful and cool interface, like windows e(xp)erience and windows vista.

In my opinion I think that WV is the worst OS in the world, and if you have installed this operating system Microsoft must pay you 100$ for month but only is my opinion. Do you agree? XD Tonight I was thinking and If I must sell this OS I only cant use this commercial! I can't say that this is a future for user, please uninstall this thing.

For another hand Microsoft work in another task like games, with xbox, internet explorer, MSN which is a program of instant message an others privates frauds like Microsoft office.

MONOPOLY

Probably Microsoft are one of the most powerful company in the world. For example one of these monopolys, maybe the most important, is the OS. A funny information that I found in the internet is that Microsoft win 3.600 millions only in Spain when our budget for education this year is 3200millions so the win 400 millions more than our education budget.

Microsoft was in the tribunals some times for accusations of monopoly, but nothing can stop this giant. One of the fine that Bill Gates must payed was 5 billions to (American Telephone and Telegraph) Although this nowadays this multinational are buying more rights of different programs and applications, so if you like computer games or anything programs you must buy this OS so only can ruining on this OS. Often this cause the illegally downloads.

CONCLUSION

Well my conclusion is very logic, we can't take the bull by the horns, it's MICROSOFT so if we need work and play some programs we must use this platform. We think that in the future Microsoft will disappear, and the people use free software like LINUX.

EVALUATION

Presentation: I think that our presentation is correct because we have a good power point and I think that this is important. For the other hand I think that this presentation was better than the first because I didn't read and I improve very good. I am happy with this characteristic

Structure: I think that our project has a good structure because while we were talking the power point reflect what we speak. And moreover the work was re-part very good my friend and I did the different use so I am satisfied.

Language: I think that the language that we use in our presentation is easy and understandable for my colleague of the class.

Pronunciation and Intonation: I think that our intonation and pronunciation must improve because I don't know enough but we will improve.

Self evaluation: For my point of view I think that I can improve oral presentation but this is correct. We must improve but I think that we have the good bases. So I think that I deserves a 7,5

Antimatter

The antiparticle of the electron, for example, is the positron, and is used in an imaging technique of growing popularity known as positron emission tomography"

In this new scientist explain how they can found the antimatter, this is very important for evolution of science. Since some years the scientist knew the existence of this "thing", the antimatter jointly with matter can generate a lot of energy. I think that in this new we see the evolution of science, in my opinion in this century we will observer a lot of improvements in this issue.

On the other hand this type of experiment are very expensive, the creation of antimatter cost around 60.000 millions and moreover the conservation of this type of matter are very complicated cause we can put togheter. They must save with electromagnetic and complex camp.

I would like to express my opinion in reference in this experiment, I think that we must invest time and capital in this part of science because our future depends of the capacity of our minds.

My favorite films

I choose this film because I read the triology in the past, so I'm going to explain summary and my opinion. In this chapter the main characters will fight with the dark lord Sauron. The action pass on fantastic land. The main characters will destroy the magic ring. But Aragorn must realize his true identity and purpose as the King of the Gondor. Gondor is overrun by the orcs of Mordor, and Gandalf rides to Minas Tirith to aid the humans in the war.

My opinion: I think that this film is one of the best. The movie won 11 Oscars!!! In my opinion this film is wonderful but I understand that if you don't like fantasy it's very heavy. The best in this film is that all characters seems to very really, the battles have very good effects. If you don't know that the most protagonist are false you don't see it.

As well I think that this film is very good, and I advise it.

My Pets

Well first of all you must know that my favorites animals are the birds, in the past when I was 10 years old I had a parakeet, when I arrived I at my home I liberate and the bird fly in my shoulder, her name was Kiko. Unfortunately nowadays Kiko is died. Their carcass is in the garden of my grandfather Joan (Brutus), and my grandmother like that we bury she with this animal.

But nowadays in my family there is a new domestic animal, his name is Bitxo. Bitxo is a dog, we found he in the dog's home when he was one year old. Nowadays he is three years old but unfortunately my pet have the same mentality that when he was a puppy. The only things that he loves are my mother, and his passion for kill all the cats in this planet, since we have had he killed 31 cats. The most unusual is that the dog is very extroverted and kind, but he has this killer vice.

Obama warns nations not to rely on exports to US

The new of BBC explain that president of United States, saw the opportunity to create new jobs back home. He was speaking in Yokohama in Japan on the sidelines of the Apec summit. There Mr Obama explain that the country with large surplus must take steps to boost domestic demand. President Obama said the economic crisis had shown the limits of depending on US consumers and Asian exporters to drive growth.

In my opinion this new reflect the fear of important economic potency, in this new EEUU, to the new and growing potency like China, which can grow because the country works as only one, all for homeland. I think this because the commercial and exporting politic of China are very aggressive, for example in the harbor of Barcelona the police find a lot of different types of metals in a “transporting boat” which will go to China. There isn't any problems if this metal are normal but the metal was stolen by different thief.

In conclusion I think that in the future this potency cause a lot of problems, our task will be find a solution!

My best summer

Well this summer I find the emotion that I need to be alive, the permanent contact with sea. All members of my family love the sea, for example my father and my grandfather are fisherman. For another hand my uncle is a important captain. In the past he won a lot of cups.

But this summer I discovered the most exciting feeling in the world, the absolute freedom. From my point of view, I think that I never can't describe this because when I am sailing I can't think with another things like exams or obligations I only enjoy the magic moment.

This summer I was working in new club of windsurf, the Beach Club. There I met new people, made some friends and fell in love of my girlfriend. Moreover I learned to play a lot of water sports, like windsurf, paddle-surf or kite-surf.

My Neighbors

Well first of all I live in Sant Pere Pescador, in this village we have some important things like Hot Fata, apple agriculture and maybe the most important thing for me, our beach.

Fortunately I have a lot of good and wonderful neighbors, for example “Chimo” who is a rider of Cabrinha and sometimes he show me how to do some tricks with kite. On the other another hand I have a artistic carpenter who help me with my final project, and he does a lot of spectacular figures of wood like big balls, enormus apple of special wood ...

But the neighbor with I passed more time is the Paula's father, one of my best friends. His name is Hans and also we go together to sail for more security and nowadays we are very good freiends. Maybe the most important thing that Hans showed me was his optimistic and fighter character, for example: Last day we prepared all things: kites, kite boards, harness … And when finally we arrived on beach we couldn't sail because we hadn't enough wind. Appearances can be deceptive XD OMG!!! But we take the bull by the horns! And we diced to play with paddle-surf and we finished the day with laughs and humor.
